I missed it somewhere---what temperature to bake them at? Well, I do not care for zucchini, but I tried it and I wanted to let you know it was wonderful. I actually love it. Now my son wants me to make the zucchini lasagna.

I would definitely soften the zucchinis first by cutting in half, turning upside down in a Casserole dish with abt 1/4th cup water, cover tightly with saran wrap and cook on high for ever how many minutes it takes to soften the boats in your microwave(mine is 1100 watts, it doesn't take too long).
SAME FOR SPAGHETTI SQUASH - Wash & pierce the whole uncut, 4- 4 1/2 Lb. spaghetti squash in about 5 places, place (unwrapped), in microwave on glass turntable, on HIGH power, for 12 minutes.. That's all! ! A lot quicker than 40 mins+ in the oven that runs up the electric bill. Nots: Be sure to allow squash to cool somewhat before handling... it scrapes out VERY EASY!! -
next time my grams gives my mom a bunch of giant zuccini she doesn't know what to do with i am going to make this.. she gave me one and i had it quite a long time cause it was SOOoo big I just chopped it up in to pieces and froze it for a quick toss in to my stir fries and side dishes.. I make these in a double batch. I freeze half for a day I'm not able to cook. That way we have some zucchini boats later when the zucchini stop producing.

Do you have a good dish for me for butternut squash. I haven't grown it yet, but it sounds by the name that it would taste good. So, I went to the store and bought one, now I need your help with a recipe. Thanks

Looks yummy! I am going to try this out! Thank you. Oh. My mom used to make the best fried zucchini patties with shredded zucchini, crushed up crackers, and egg. Mix it all up, make them into patties and fry them up. I am sure there are other variations online you can find. If you are looking for another zucchini recipe, this one might be one to try. Thanks for the idea! 😊

zucchini brownies are so good and so moist and no one ever knows it's zucchini. Bet you could do it with the cassava flour, too.

Several people have mentioned that they love zucchini boats and I should make them. So here goes nothing! Zucchini Boats: 3 zucchinis, halved and scoop out the middle 1 lb Italian Sausage, I used pork but beef, chicken or turkey could be used onion garlic peppers 1 can tomatoes dried oregano fresh basil mozzarella and parmesan cheese
