How did you make this and not have raw meat at the end? Did you even try to eat the recipe you made this video about?

Chef Ramsay would frown on using canned vegetables or sauce.

If you are growing monster zuchinni, you are picking them too late. Pick them smaller for better taste and better yield.

I dont actually eat zuchini like that but is it actually good cuz i see a lot of people be buying it lately i just wanna kno if its good first cuz your recipe look very good.

My 3 half zucchini in that same sized pan took all the space. It was like cooking aircraft carrier's full of hamburger. Be sure and cook longer than 45 min if you go my route lol.

Mine is in the oven right now. I added a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder in the mixture. I also used 2 eggs. Ground turkey and italian turkey sausage. Less water than suggested in the original recipe. And Worcestershire sauce ( 3-4 teaspoons) over the sauce. Mexican blend cheese and parmesan cheese. And instead of the parsley I used cilantro. I kept the bread crumbs the same :-) .... I'll tell you how mine comes out in a 1/2 hour. Thanks for the recipe. By the way I'm also boiling summer corns .

I just made this recipe and it is soooo delicious. I added some salt and pepper, and a little bit of minced garlic. I made my own marinara sauce. I also used TP breakfast sausages. My husband hates zucchini and this time he said Wow to this recipe.
I really recommend this one.
