Great video. I have one arriving from California next week! I am excited. Nice to see something other than the promo videos. I love the way you kept the camera rolling the whole time. I wonder.....is it still on?

Can it be picked up by a davit on a boat? Looks like it could make a great dinghy, the rotomolding would protect it from the sun.
I made this video because when I was researching the Zego for fishing, apart from the usual promotional material, for a 10 year old design there wasn't a lot out there on the internet from actual Zego owners. Anyway this is my first attempt at fishing on a Zego. In the video you will see the Zego is easy to retrieve off the beach single handed (it was too dark to see the launch), making it ideal for a solo early morning catch or to grab a few hours of fishing after work. It has a shallow draft so leaving the motor down while beaching isn't a problem. It pays to pop it up while transitioning from the beach to the trailer, however you can pop it back down while trailering so there are no worries about straining the transom. It's early in the season and no workups in sight. I haven't yet mastered the art of reading sign on the surface and the fishfinder isn't that flash so it's more a case of potluck drifting across any inquisitive fish. That's what I'm saving for next. A decent sounder. The sea state in this vid is calm. This video isn't about how many fish I caught, cause there weren't many(!!) but it's about using the Zego as a fishing platform. I will post up vids fishing in various sea states as I experience them.
