why earth would they use chop-strand fiberglass matte instead of biaxial. preferably triaxial or quadraxial fiberglass matte which would need less layers and be several times stronger. and why not completely get rid of the composite (balsa core) as it has historically proven to last about five years or so with even the best sealed hulls. pleas correct me if I'm wrong on this, but chop-strand/balsa core = recipe for disaster. such a beautiful boat, you'd think they'd make the hulls to last.
