Wow this one's groovier and lighter than kyuss' version despite the audio quality

Wow, I have listened to K since Sky Valley but didn't know it was a cover. I have always liked this song and listened to this one w great interest. Maybe K recorded not only because its good but it needs to be properly recorded. The demo version is very lo-fi. Great to learn about YM too. Thank you!

I knew it was a cover way back when I bought Kyuss' ...and the circus leaves town in 1999, but this is the first time I've heard the original. The wonders of the Internet!

Somehow Kyuss saw something in this song to make the epic version that they did. I don't know how though.

people please stop saying the kyuss version is better. thats just wrong. YM created the song and therefore it cant be done any better unless its in musicianship...not in the feeling of the song

The audio sucks, but the way it´s played is better than Kyuss.

Kyuss cover much more tighter, eerie and sung much better,  sorry YM, Kyuss remake makes you sound, well,  amateurish.

Good dad! I remember my dad playing Hawkwind in the car when I was a kid which was cool, but it was me who showed him Songs for the Deaf in the car and he loved it. Ah, desert rock and fathers... good times.
