Try not to go "um" and "uh" at the beginning of every thought like she did... it'll kill any interview you have. Richard, I realize this is Youtube, but make sure any resume or application has PERFECT punctuation.

hey guys I dont think this video/interview could of been any better, you asked the right questions and she gave great answers. im a kiwi and will be looking on her website and possibly going in to see the company. im new and fresh to this career path so and currently doing my research but stoaked to have stumbled across this video it was perfect. i know im tooting your own horn right now but thank you this is absolutely perfect mate!
