Posted by: Jason Bristol HARRISBURG -- What's normal to Cutter Dykstra is far from normal for the rest of us, including his 24 teammates on the Harrisburg Senators. "Pictures of you at the supermarket? Does this creep you out?" CBS 21 News Sports Director Jason Bristol asked Dykstra on Tuesday. "Yeah, that's pretty crazy." he said. Dkystra, an infielder starting his first season in Harrisburg, is a famous fianc, engaged to actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who's appeared in shows like The Sopranos, Entourage and Guys with Kids. The couple has an infant son, Beau, and where the family goes, say shopping, for example, the paparazzi often follows. "Its funny," said Dykstra. "I get crap from all the guys all the time, but its cool. Its where we live and the kind of life we live." With that life coming to Metro Bank Park on City Island for the summer, we had questions. "So you'll expect to see her a lot? asks Bristol. "Yes, she'll be here a lot," replied Dykstra. "A lot." And the celebrity photographers? Dykstra doesn't believe they'll be around as much. Harrisburg is no Hollywood, of course. Plus, Jamie and Beau will mostly be in New York with her family. Dykstra's used to the attention, however. His father Lenny was a three-time major league All-Star with the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies. "Nails," as Lenny Dykstra was known, has been released from prison for bankruptcy fraud. With dad out of prison and Cutter now family man, it could be a big season for the 24-year-old. "He's got a lot off his plate now," said Harrisburg manager Brian Daubach, who's managed Dykstra at Class A Potomac, as well. "He can just relax now and play ball." He also excited about finally making it to Double-A, just two steps away from the majors. Hitting balls into the gaps. Taking an extra base. Getting his white uniform dirty. That's also the norm for Cutter Dykstra. "I take care of business when I'm on the field," he said. "And Jamie? She's great. She supports me more than anyone I could ever find, so she's amazing in that way." Some images used in this story appeared in Daily Mail/Startraks/REX.
