After a 50 knot squall the Pacific ocean ( near San Diego ) would show a lot more swell , chop and white caps ?

Great video. Is this the performance version of the 39i? What kind of max hull speeds have you attained? I have a 2007 39i berthed in San Francisco.

Black Diamond a Jeanneau 39i in a Wild Squall Storm Sailing in Susan Hood Trophy Race 2011, Aboard Black Diamond a Jeanneau 39i Performance Cruiser. We had all sorts of conditions on Lake Ontario from No Wind for most of the night to a 50 knot Squall, Rain, Sleet, Snow and Hail. Finally completed the 75 miles in 16 hours.
