Check out Wiffleboy28's page. He has a video on how to make this strikezone. It's made of PVC pipe and a metal sheet. Cut holes in the metal and zip tie them to the pvc. Pretty basic. Also can use wood if you want an easier build.

Doesn't matter in wiffle. when the ball is coming so fast, it is more about guessing what kind of pitch it will be i.e the drop, screw, slider, riser.
