SoldierCyfix, would it satisfy you to know that a 21' catamaran design by the same designer has circumnavigated and recently took second in a trans-Atlantic race between England and Providence, Rhode Island?

I was told this design is capable of crossing the Atlantic....i seriously doubt it

He may have meant the term motoring to say it was making good progress ie going fast as in oohh that cat can motor , but it was sailing lol

no he's not---the outboard is kicked up and dragging.
