hi, the trick made it quite simple to draw a boat. but i was just wondering, if one might get used to drawing using tricks, will it get difficult while trying to sketch a new object? as in, since one cant always have a trick to sketch an object

That was fascinating!  Great idea to draw different size boats from a simple figure 8.  That takes a lot of the guesswork out of boats.  Thanks
