My own opinion in all honesty is there was no fault from the Captain , Helmsman, or crew. When an extremely Heavy giant is being pushed sideways by a wind force on the Starboard side that's greater than the force of the Bowthrusters this kind of incident will happen. The structure the vessel inched up to was probably really very strong , but not to the moving Tonnage of this huge vessel. It is a strange factor with Smaller boats and Large ships , that when Underway meaning Under Propulsion the Wind (even this force) has very little impact against the steerage of a vessel, but stationary, or out of propulsion is a different matter.

All I saw was fingers and thumbs. Stick to boating not filming.
