If I'm just doing somethin small...like a million triangles and circles...can I just cut out a that shape on the vinyl? Or do you have to have one of those machines do it?

I'm using a US Cutter SC cutter. There are a few mess ups, since things never seem to go smooth when the camera is rolling, but this will give you a good idea! I'm in no way a pro or even that experienced, just a little hobby I picked up about a month ago. Enjoy!
