When it's restauratet, they will put it on display in the Kiel Schiffahrtsmuseum... but it can take some time... and Kiel (in Germany ) is far away from Canada:-)

Very nice to have comment coming from somebody who is lucky enough to have seen the real thing.

Nice clip,... especially the under water scenes. I was part of the diving team which did kartograph one of the sunken original boats (in quite a good shape for laying on the bottom of the baltic for such a long time) in front of Fehmarn :-) Ah,..and also a nice color scheme you used. Thx for sharing!

no wtc system , only dynamic force dive with water sealed motors due to extreme small size of the static model.
-
Hello Would you post inside (the WTC system)?
-
Same way how a plane fly. Only a blimp (dirigible, air-ship) has 'ballast tanks' .
-
So no divetanks? how do you keep it submerged?
-
It's by dynamic diveplane down diving. For this model, both flap & its anchor have been made to be movable as one piece, so to increase its control surface.
-
Very cool! But how does this work? i suppose there are no air tanks in it? Are the dive rudders enough to make it dive??
