There were no homes damaged from the tsunami in Crescent City. We live in Crescent City and had to evacuate to higher ground, but the only true damage was our harbor which has literally no docks left to tie up boats.

Those suffering monetary loss will be classed American heroes. The people in Japan are just collateral damage.

Trace Gallagher reports that we're hearing word of damage out of Crescent City, CA. Officials say the city was struck by an 8-foot wave which destroyed more than a dozen boats.
