I'm an electrical engineer and my brother was an electrician. My brother taught me to use a test probe with a solenoid in it to check for voltage. This provides a test load for 110v just like the test light in your 12v case. Great video! I'd recommend liquid tape in addition to the marine heat shrink to seal the connections.

I have 2000 isuzu rodeo transmission problem , it want to sputter or skip , if you give a normal about of gas to the paddle it well grab hard and squeal the tire , so you have to gently give gas and it well most of the time go .. I did have it rebuilt a year ago and at fist it ran fast and strong , then few weeks later started leaking fluid. to it back they made their repairs. it changed gears fine but drove slower didn't have the power it did at first. now it been 7 month , and transmission is skipping again??? what is wrong. 2 wheel drive LS .. thank you.

I have a 2003 dodge grand caravan 3.3L automatic and it won't shift to another gear now on my relay the same one u were talking about in your video above all 4 lights up with my light tester and there's 4 relays missing I have a feeling that isn't good is it ? Don't know what to do

fantastic video where even the difficulties and oops match ours. my troubles are a 2002 gnd cherokee laredo and a 1998 saturn, but the knowledge gained in this lesson was unmatched, and with a little tweaking can be applied to almost any similar situation. thanks, emilio esteva from puerto rico.

What are those other numbers next to the relay one of those fell off and every since then my engine light been on I think it had the number 20 in it. I've took it to a transmission shop but he said he can't find the problem I tried to explain to him what fell off and how it looked because I lost the it and I don't know where it is

Hello Scanner danner enjoyed this video. i"m having a problem with a reverse light not coming on. But my relay circuit is ground side switched. If I manually add ground to pin 85 on my relay my reverse light comes on, but now they stay on all the time. I think I know my problem has to do with lack of ground, but why wont the computer ground it for me when I place the truck in revers. You have any suggestions?

my son has a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero sport 3.5 liter and its stuck in limp mode. I think he hooked the battery cables up backwards. I had a new transmission put in the truck and that did not help. I put a new input and output sensor in it and that did not help. Any advice.

I have a 2008 Ford escape, it doesn't go into drive, overdrive, goes into reverse , 1st,2nd gear .it used to,but no more. what can I do for it.

Will this cause my '03 grand caravan to not have a 4th gear? both speed sensors changed, fluid was cleaned but changed, filter was changed, valve body was changed. I hope it's electrical. Codes P0700, P0734.
