raaaawhhr ranting haha, I have a fight body fit body for the most part. I do martial arts and I DID track and football when I was in high school. 4 years ago I noticed that I am getting thicker though, the muscle and half of the endurance is still there, but any good advice to tightening up endurance and love handles besides using dumbbells and stretching bands?
