Looking good eh? What the other fellow said about mast rotation. If holding the tiller across your body works for you that's what counts but what happens when you're on a broad reach and you either have to bear away or hike right off the transom - how do you deal with pulling the tiller towards you? And then gybing - you seem to be adding an extra step to the process?

I'm glad to see you enjoying your A. The first time you push out on the trapeze can give you a sinking feeling in your stomach :-) One hint. Mast rotation.
This is a video log about my sailing transition from sailing only monohull sailboats to the A Class Catamaran. Before this third sail I had never before been on the trapeze on a catamaran, so this is my first time. I am still learning about how the A-Cat behaves on the water. The wind today was forecast 18-22 mph a F4-5. During this sail I discovered that I prefer the tiller in front apposed to the recommended position of behind. I did try the tiller behind. Also the 8:1 mainsheet blocks were threaded wrong and there was a lot of friction. The trapeze loop were set very low, which is probably the right height, but for me coming from sailing an RS600FF I felt more comfortable with the trapeze loops set a little higher. Overall trapeze was much easier than expected and is much easier compared to what I was used to.
