you are gonna get mixed comments. I bought my first bike last year and got the HD Iron 883 2016. I love it. Also you can upgrade. I had them put a V&H Short shot exhaust with the V&H grenade air intake with the 1200 conversation before I drove it off the lot. It doubled the tourque and HP. I see no problems with it making any destination with the upgrades a great first bike. I can't comment on the Indian I never rode one nor ever seen one on the road here in Wisconsin not saying there are none but I see mainly Harley's here. It all depends what you want and what you want to do. My bike was a lil over 9 thousand then with the upgrades I got about 15,000. This year I put about 3,000 in it with new mirrors, pegs, grips, led lights, seats, basically customizing it for me. It does get expensive. HD stands for a hundred dollars minimum lol. Great video though!

Scout 60 is the buy .
The gears are even the same as the scout senior, just 5th taken out. Exact ratios.
for 2300 bucks less than the scout, its pretty obvious which to buy.
Only thing thats not obvious is why Indian played with consumers hearts like this.
Hmmm,maybe Polaris is a woman? -
most lamest "reviews" by these guys. Nothing about breaks, torque, tank capacity, controls etc.Its real bad.
Then they plug their magazine in the end.Fking popovers -
what bike do you recommend for a beginner? I'm really into both of these bikes aesthetically. but I'm 6 ft 2 and 250lbs. would these bikes be good for me as a beginner and for my size?
-
I Love that " Make America Cruise Again " :)
-
I love how every one of these videos turns into a this is better than that, HD sucks, Indian blows, blah blah blah.
Ride what you like who gives a fuck what other people do or don't! -
I can't see why would ANYONE choose to buy an 883 now?
-
Santa Ana my hometown, that's 4th street. I'm torn between both bikes, I'm kind of leaning towards the HD.
-
Indian scout is best
-
I think the Scout comes with ABS (optional) now, but the 883 is just so good looking! I'll take both thank you.
-
I like the HD but it needs black wire wheels. Don't like these 2 tone aluminum ones.
-
thats a 30.000$+ bike here in Denmark :( kinda sad..
-
how can you call a 4 minute video worth of riding the great american cruise off? i was expecting something epic.
-
Sportster looks Sporty !
Indian looks more Ranch retro style
Not my style!
I own the Iron883 and it's heavy, loud, unstable at 90mph, front tire shakes at
Every small bump of the road, foot pegs
scratching at every roundabout, overheating on rush hour, fuel tank empty after one hour and a half at highway speed, no brakes, no suspension, engine & transmission
Noises.... Clink, clunk, trakatakas !
Ha ha ha o men!!
I got the opposite style of bike also for those moments of need for action a 2006 Cagiva Mito 125cc 2strokes 35hp, 100mph top speed !! Braking on a dime,
Marsochi, brembo, Augusta ;) -
make america great again? f you. you lost me there.
-
what a surprise coming from you guys .... the Harley hater team
-
the description lmao
-
Scout
-
Fellows - I wonder f you're scraping the pegs that much then you've over-reached the bikes intentions maybe?
What this country needs is a great $9,000 motorcycle made in America by Americans, a bike that will be great, trust me on this, a bike that’ll be huuge. Not a loser. Look at the size of my hands… Lucky for us, suddenly there are two choices that fit the bill: Harley’s Iron 883 has been a huge winner for Milwaukee for years, and Indian's brand new upstart, the Scout Sixty.
