I would say people are not used to accurate or flat sound signature as the manufacturers add extra bass to everything ! .. people need time to get use to the difference. unless introduced to some high end headphones as for example the 800s or any STAX headphones, then they will be fascinated with the separation, soundstage and clarity, which I felt like something out of this world when I've tried one for the first time !
