The hull and mast and rigging are in very good shape. The thing that separates this boat from others though is the cabin top and deck are FOAM encapsulated and not the balsa core that is on 99% of boats. This makes for a deck that does not rot and get soggy after years of use. These decks are rock solid despite being built in 1980.
