The first of the factory stern trawler series that Tersan is building for the Norwegian Fishing Companies has been successfully delivered to its Owners. Skipsteknisk design ST116 type trawler, Havbryn is the first factory stern trawler delivered from a Turkish Shipyard to Norway on turn-key basis. Havbryn is 70 meters long, 15,40 meters beam trawler with refrigerated cargo hold of abt. 1500m3. She is considered to be a state of art design with modern fishing gear, factory plant, fish meal plant, electronics etc. Havbryn is delivered to Norway's highly reputed fishing company Strand satisfying their demands, as Tersan we thank the Owners for their constructive cooperation and through-out the whole building period. Tersan congratulates Strand family with the new vessel and wish wealth and success for the Owners for many years to come and also safety operation to the crew.
