I have to agree with George Sears. All though Tecnam seems to have a beautiful aircraft, they are much to expensive for an LSA.

nice. I read it hold 29 gallons of fuel. So what distances in flying range can it go? How much gallons per hour does it use?

It's certainly a nice enough aircraft. I found a 0 hour online for $140,000. This is basically RSA, Rich Sport Aircraft. We live in a country with a vanishing middle class. The 10% who are still affluent can buy something like this. I figure this country can either find ways to make incomes more equal, or create ways for low income people to experience flying, and everything else, in some form. Right now, we are not doing either. Aviation needs volume. That's how you make things affordable, how you bring costs down. Some way. Somehow. Nothing about this airplane suggests it will be anything other than a hand made, ultra low volume deal.
