Hi, love the videos, I'm seriously thinking of making a career change but worry that I'm too old. I'm 49 years old and come from an aircraft industry background and am thinking of doing a Yachtmaster fast track course with a view to getting into the industry. If i were an ower i would get upset - The staff should feel comfortable and should have a nice time onboard without doubt, but its is not YOUR HOME, you are "only" the employees and service-stuff that should not have the self-concept that the vessel is their home. I would only recruit people that have attended an approved yachting (service) school.
