Sunset Fireworks Dinner Cruise on Port Waikiki Catamaran Honolulu Hawaii For years I’ve watched two boats sail out from Port Hilton, which is the dock at Hilton Hawaiian Village. One is a big tour boat by Atlantis Submarine Cruises and a smaller 54 foot catamaran sail boat by Port Waikiki Cruises. Both boats sail out several times a day, and I’ve seen them out Friday evenings during the Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks show. I always thought it would be cool to see the fireworks from the deck of a boat out offshore from Waikiki, but I expected it to beg expensive and something that would be need reservations weeks or months in advance. I was wrong on both counts. I was able to get two fireworks dinner cruise tickets the same day as the cruise, and it was only $135 per person. That $135 includes sunset cruise and fireworks, buffet dinner, 2 adult beverages, and all the soft drinks you can down. The boat was much more than I expected. I didn’t expect much from a 54 foot sail boat hauling 48 people and 4 crew members, so I was amazing surprised when I found that it was more than big enough. And I will certainly do this again next time I go to Oahu Hawaii.
