I can't wait to try this recipe. It's a great carb free recipe. I would probably fire up the grill for the zucchini boats first as I like my zucchini more on the dry side. Can't wait to give this a try...lucky for me I have 4 perfect sized zucchini and a package of pork/beef mix!!!! Thanks to you and the great camera crew!

I made this with ground chicken and also stuffed a couple tomatoes with the filling. Soooo good! Will definitely be making again. Great fall recipe when zucchini is plentiful. Thanks for another delicious recipe!
