Beautiful Puerto Rico

Must be some voodoo around there, I was delivering a monohull there last month and the motor completely konked out, nothing would keep it going. Three blockages in the fuel lines and a stripped bleed bolt--thank you seller! So sailed back from around Palmas Del Mar to Puerto Del Mar from 9:30pm to 5:30am--thank you wind Gods. Good to hear yours was a minor/addressable issue. I much prefer cats for redundancy!

It means it was an Air Force bombing range. F-4 maybe, later F-16.

Brad, You may find me as talkative but I also want to ask " Do You have a Real/nice rifle or gun on your boat. I think You should have one. Cause, I am a follower of a few sailing boats like You . Some of them I watch lived difficult stuations/times which was annoying/stressful.

As a Navy F/A-18 pilot I dropped a lot of bombs there, some of our best training.

Hi guys, thanks. great film as ever, thanks for sharing. We actually had our first night at anchor this year, last weekend as well although things are a whole lot different for us in a 20ft boat surrounded by the mud on the east coast of England

Great video as usual. A few questions:
I like how you use paper charts and show your journey to the viewers. Maybe one day when your looking for something to talk about, you could explain your typical pre-planning process?
What do you use to know all the good places to go? (Books, Google, Forums, Recommendations from other cruisers...all of the above :) ). Then, do you have an ipad and plan using Garmin Bluecharts (my favorite for pre-planning and guesstimating fuel and time).
Thanks guys! -
Awesome video as usual :)

Looks scary to navigate in that narrow. Thaks for the passage. ;). yesterday I bought a sailing boat of 22 feet . it is a Catalina 22. The adventure is started , I'll practice on a large lake. And mabe one day i will see you on the ocean.

first thing to do.. try a new fuel filter. White smoke means that the diesel fuel is not burning correctly due to a lack of heat in the combustion chamber. This unburnt diesel contains minor toxins that may sting your eyes. This problem may be caused by: A clogged fuel filter.

Night sailing seems like you need nerves of steel. I would have crapped my pants. Great job.

Oh and coral colored swim suit is ahemmm nice :-)

You should go back to your refit guy and blast him on the motor change. As much problems as you have had with engines being new correct? Unacceptable check the warranty and make sure you get details from repair on the issue, if they do nothing call the motor manufacture. White smoke indicates blown head gasket and could be from blockage on water intake plastic bags, seaweed etc. if you have a temp gauge on the motor you can watch it. If it's blockage don't put it on video hahaha no warranty for that :-) happy sailing wish I was there.
