Did you deep freeze the pasta, rice and flour for at least one week before stowing them away? If you didn't, your in for an unpleasant surprise. I got this lesson on my own experience.

I like seeing a provisioning video, its very important stuff. I have cruised the Bahamas a few times and I sure know the steep prices there. We are trying to do it again in the next couple years , this time on a powerboat. I'm managing a marina in western New York so I'm stuck for a little while still. On the provisioning, Luperon in the DR was pretty cheap.

How much of a mess was that space after you hit your first stretch of rough seas? I worked on an 82 foot patrol boat for 3 years, and i use to help the cook provision for 11 people . 6-8 FULL shopping carts every time!

Milk, I love powered milk. if you let it sit in the over night after you mix it and it really improves the taste. And you can store a lot more powered milk than liquid.

Began watching your videos this week and I am almost caught up although I did not go back to some of your first videos. Started with your selling it off video. My wife and three kids have decided to do this as well. We live in the states and have decided to do this but have many questions...seems so daunting!
