Very nice Cat.....Just started watching your channel and have to say I think what the three of you are doing is Amazing. Keep up the good work and enjoy the fresh salt air and gin clear waters..

How did you and your wife go from bartenders and a waitress to essentially buying a $400,000 house and totally refitting this boat at great expense and quitting your jobs? You possibly couldn't have saved that much money in a short amount of time. Lottery or inheritance?

I would like a list of retrofits, cost etc, What you would do different,

I applaud you wanting to embrace the future of battery technology however I would seriously look into fireproof box fabrication for that Lithium array and a way to safely vent smoke/fire outside (especially on a boat!).
The batteries have been hardened in plastic cases & terminals rubber capped but standard TOP battery terminals opens you up to a very common dropped wrench scenario. Especially with all your wiring, nuts, & bolts right above the terminals.
You don't have to search far to see how violently Lithium vents/burns compared to lead batteries. -
Great vid, I love those hull escape hatches, they are great for night fishing at anchor.
-
Great refit. I think that's the first video of the port hull :)

Your boat looks great. Nice job.
Here is a brief tour of our recently refitted Fountaine Pajot Venezia 42' Catamaran. We have a compete list of all the refits and renovations for those seriously interested in knowing. This Catamaran has 6'6" head room. We now use the fore peaks, which were crew cabins, the Port side for Cole's play house, the Starboard side for our "Garage" storing our bikes and floatation toys. The Starboard side forward is also storage for our large Engel deep freeze and our many dry goods pantry items.
