Not a big fan of zucchini, but these looked nice. Baked zucchini always seems to come out soggy. Once plated yours didn't look like that at all. Nice!

I feel your pain with the mushrooms. It is painful to have to throw things out that get too old to use. That is something that I am constantly trying to improve on. I know that I am throwing money out the window when I let my food go bad without using it.

Mushrooms don't look good, when in doubt throw it out. Made those a lot back in the Camping days, I did it close to yours. We set a rack up high over the Coals and had them covered. Good Food for sure Lyle, brings back some memories, Thanks.
