So you guys do watches like a ship? Do you guys have deck tickets (coc) then or is this just a hobby?

I noticed that when you guys got fuel you had to check in. When you were checking in, the guy asked for insurance. Is that a typical requirement when checking in to another country? Did you have to check in in order to purchase fuel, or were you planning on staying for a spell? If it's not too much to ask, what does insurance run for a 44' cat? Thanks!
