Sail boat tipping over in Santa Barbara

I spend over 50 days a year sailing all sorts of small boats and this looks perfectly fine to me. I've been out in more and not had any trouble.

I'll bet he (they) simply heeled the boat too far over and didn't hike out or move to the other side of the boat to counter-balance the wind in the sail of the boat and voilá!! it capsized. The water's rough.....but not that bad....the other small sail boats were doing fine as one can see.
