TOO ALL!!! These boats can be found in various places, the Blade can be found either sailing around in the water, or docked up by the small dock area just south of the artificial golf course on the middle island, the Floater can be Found sailing just about anywhere on the map and the smuggler (as far as i know) can only be found in the Triathlon races. Like so other people can read this.
