on my screen it says enter the boat when I get to it but the damn boat won't move you go into the cabin and it just does nothing it just shows the picture of the crate Center in the boat but I got no activity how do you get the boat to move

That tug boat is such a sitting duck if you're in a lobby with other players, even when it's upgraded.
