I like it! The pictures and feature stuff did not meet the introductory sea enthusiast. Is a ride that only one can feel.

how much storage on the aft deck?
-
900,000. Wishing you a crap load of luck here buddy. I'm thinking you'd have a job at 300k

It's clear this was a one off, and at the buyers request as it could never be made commercially. For that size, the use of space hasn't been optimised, to only have two cabins. No doubt there's likely a difference in price but Lagoon's 630 is a powercat with similar range and capabilities but higher spec interior and finishings. Also surprising the galley was up, and looked like small amount of refrigeration. The 630's galley down aft in one of the hulls, is full size and includes a double wide fridge freezer. Fair play to the owner to have achieved a dream in building their own boat, though it's so custom might prove difficult for onward sale. Good luck.

a small helicopter and a couple friends motor bikes and that would be the perfect world traveler, even with the outdated interior

Solid vessel, but why is it in Florida with a listing note " not available to USA residents in American waters?
-
This thing looks as if it was built 30 years ago. The cabinetry looks like something my grandfather would have built out in the garage.

One would think a cat this size would have more/better guest accommodations. Lower spaces look like an uncompleted boat kit. Tried to be impressed but couldn't pull it off.

who's the builder here? are they American builders, Canadian, Taiwan, China?
