Easy flip with a gust of wind. Mono hull. Knock down. Back up. Cat. Just don't lift the hull. No hull . This? High speed , fall down , go boom. Did he really think he was going to sell this boat.

Alright, Gunboat, listen up ! It's time to quit pissing around. Get a decent computer controller (with proper sensors) driving hydraulic actuators on the rudder foils and the mid-ship foils. Put ALL of the foils in the water and let the computer control them to keep the boat both FLAT, and on the foils. A little negative angle of attack on the windward side... a little positive angle on the leward side... all hooked-up to hydraulic rams, with computer controlled actuators continuously monitoring pitch, roll, and all the various accelerometer type data. As a bonus, a little negative angle of attack on the windward foil will decrease the boat's natural leeway, and properly tuned, there would be absolutely zero chance of a roll over... Seriously, why hasn't a decent computer engineer figured this out yet?

Impractical but fun...

Looks like fun in flat water! Perhaps a bit scary in open ocean!!

would have been nice to know the speed !!!

Flying...

Very nice. But I suspect some real pitch-pole potential running off the wind in anything but marginal chop.
