Dusky rolls like a tub, Belzona is NOT a serious fishing boat (31 gallon livewell...common a 25 Seacraft has 3), and the Cobia....well it's a cobia. For the money they are all horrible options.
-
i dont like twin engines they cost too much to service
-
Cobia hands down is the best, has a nice hull accommodates and rod holders.
-
Shoulda had Yellowfin 34, contender 35st, and a Everglades 327.
-
would take a whitewater, contender, sea vea over all of those boats.
-
The Scout would have been a great contender
-
BELZONA FOR ME !
-
I've gone out to 500 ft in a 17 foot dual consul
-
I wouldn't want to get that Belzona full of fish blood lol.
-
I've gone off shore to 948ft with a 252 dusky

If you’ve had large inboard sportfish boats, and want a boat that can fish the same waters yet still have the ease of maintenance and handling of a Center Console, a large dual powered outboard like the Dusky 33, the Belzona 327 or the Cobia 340CC in the 33’ to 35’ range may be what you’re looking for.
For the money that you guys spent on all those gadgets ....twin outboards, refrigator/freezer...extra engine extra fuel for extra engine .A/C, etc ....why, you guys could have bought a real boat.....with much less time spent maintaining all those low endurance gadgets
Consider instead:single turbodiesel 43 foot day boat:
Bow thruster. two large capacity fuel tanks very large well insulated coolers/fish boxes
Small diesel generator positioned over main engine shaft shaft for belt drive auxillary power
no a/c ....bow 12 V fan over big built in ice chests for a/c
diesel powered heater
no salon with sliding doors....doors up forward for cuddy cain sleeping quarters
KISS....keep it simple sir....search single turbodiesel dayboat
