This video was made to display a bug within Diablo 3 involving the Legendary 1 Handed Mighty Weapon, the Fjord Cutter. You may need to watch the video in 720P or 1080P in order to see the effect which I am discussing more clearly. It is a fairly subtle difference in the area around my character's feet.
