A wise man fears the ocean !

excuse me - mini EPIRB's ----- Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon, very wise investment

I'm sorry - video shows one wearing life jacket in storm, one not. A word to the wise, if you are going offshore in a small boat, have pleasant life jackets for everyone, including mini-ERIRB's. If you fall in the water, you will be very glad you have one.
-
if you are in very bad weather, put on your lifejackets next time. they are not that uncomfortable, and they will help keep you warm as well.

Jesus how far out were you?! 40 miles?! Crazy

That was one nasty looking roll cloud. Im sure it was scary. I love the guy on the left, the more he drank the more he said "I'm not scared ", talking himself out of it. By the end he was slurring his words, (not a good thing to do in this situation). Although there were definite dangers, ( water spout, downbursts or lightning, The seas were never that bad and certainly not 15 feet! The boat was always on a plane and running reasonably smooth. Nice boat.

A fishing trip turned into a scary boat ride home when a bad storm caught these two brothers 25 miles offshore of Destin Florida. Lightning, 5 foot seas, heavy wind and rain made the trip through the Gulf of Mexico back to Destin Harbor a very long one. For more visit: Sandcastlemomma.blogspot.com
