I have watched a lot of your tutorials, and sometimes you get off track when it would be more helpful for beginners to give more instruction as to what you are doing (color theory, consistency, brush stroke, etc). I found this to be very well done, however, and hope you keep talking about your process as you paint. Thank you.

I noticed you use a back and forth motion when you put down the colors in the sky. My instructor doesn't let me do this, I am finding it hard to get out of the habit of doing it. Does it really make a difference?
