Ariel Marino, 31, of Tacoma, delivers an eyewitness account of the Fourth of July boat crash off of Point Defiance. A boat with four people on it crashed into one with two people on board about 11 p.m., said the Coast Guard. The boat with four people capsized, sending all of them into water without life vests, including one 47-year-old man who remains missing. Marino was in a hallway at Pierce County Superior Court in Tacoma where the driver of one boat was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, July 6, 2015. Marino was on another boat not involved in the crash but said he felt "traumatized" by the incident and was concerned for the families. Video by Drew Perine
