Господи, как красиво!

a little bs would have made it better but it was good vid
-
nice...is that nord sea?

II have never understood why on sail boats they don't make safety rails in such a way it would be impossible to slide, fall, be thrown through and make them up about 6 feet high. What would it hurt to do this and I wonder how many sailors lives it would save? That's my fear right there, falling off and not being able to catch the boat and sinking like a rock.

wow that's great Erik. Be Carefull out there though

Nice shot, I guess it's better to use a storm jib as a furling genoa, works better and it's more safe... cheers from Switzerland !
-
when your by yourself crawling around the boat it's a good idea to trail a small float 300 feet behind the boat , just in case

For many, the 9th. century is history--for a few, it is a state of mind. Sail on!

Hey guys, great videos. Keep em coming. Check out our failed emergency drill https://youtu.be/1TwLsuYG1M4
-
obviously more money than sense, nice boat but single handing on auto in moderate to strong and no jackline? not good seamanship
-
Great filming and great sailing! Nothing beats the feeling of seeing the coast disappear in the rear, with no-one else giving orders! You keep a very smart yacht considering her age, she looks a lot more modern Wishing you the best of sailing and some fine windy weather!
-
Awesome editing/camera spots bravo. Looked like some serious singlehanding fun! Storm jib in high winds is the best!
-
man I think you're gonna need more backstay tension if you plan on loading up the headsail like that. From the masthead view you can see the forestay literally bending and kinking under load. From someone who's had a headfoil explode from poor tension, definitely keep that sucker tight.

Is it easy to get ferry rides in shetland islands??
-
Obviously the son of a Viking god.
-
Great video again. Really no bullshit, just sailing. Fair winds for you.

Stupid music does not add a thing.

Extreme sailing on the west coast of Norway the day after hurricane "Tor" swept over most of the country. This is one of the most demanding conditions I've been in so far and I loved every minute of it. Hope this inspires you to strech your limits just a little more then you did yesterday, whatever youre doing- I promise you its worth it :) Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Erik-Aanderaa-1757966661081582/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/erikaanderaa/ Also check out my other Youtube channel where I upload other stuff than sailing: https://www.youtube.com/user/erikaanderaa
