SHAME FOR CATAMARANS !!!!!!!!!!! TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOWWWWWWWWWWW !!!!
-
Awesome video guys - living it up the way life was meant to be. Would not class the crossing as extreme but none the less 'classy'. Go Firefly !!!

I really enjoyed this posting. It looks like "Firefly" comes with the crew of 3 who were perfectly ok with cleaning the catch where they did. If you are on my boat I will advise you "Please take your shoes off"... or "Let's clean those fish here instead"... The crew will keep you from messing up the boat I would think and if the blood would permanently stain the teak they wouldn't be doing it there. I bet after a hose down the next people who chartered that cat had no idea this had ever been done.
I suspect jealousy is the motive for the negative comments. I am glad you were able to take such a trip and I look forward to doing the same in the future. Thank you for posting.
Calm seas to you. Be well,

great video !

Very nice video!

Average speed was probably 7-8 knots. We covered about 160- 180 miles per day. Had a great time!
-
Cool! What was the average speed of the journey? Looked exciting. Cheers!

Супер!! Вы отлично отдохнули, а нам передали запах этого! )))) (super! You'de goo relax! And you gave to us the smell of it!)

1. Music is horrible. 2. Youtube is for videos, not photos. I was expecting a video...
-
Actually if you wet the teak first, the blood doesn't stain. You obviously know fuck all. :-)
-
Glad to know that stupid, sloppy crew like you exist, If I ever buy a Lagoon I'll be sure to have it shipped, not sailed, to the states. Good luck getting the blood stains off the wood, assholes.
-
Bloody mess. Glad that was not my boat.
-
That would be such an amazing experience! I'd love to do a transatlantic crossing someday.

This is a short video about the Atlantic crossing of a 62 ft Lagoon Catamaran 'Firefly' and her crew. Diego - The Skipper Cathy - The Chef Julie Anne - Stew / Deck Carlos - Delivery crew Alex (me) - Delivery Crew. Lanzarote to Martinique.
Entertainment vise; they, the Crew did it for real!
