Great video mate. Seriously these guys owe you one for your excellent way of showing the strengths of this manufacturer. Iam a committed mono guy but now thinking of a cat next and I would probably purchase one of these 😀⛵️👍👍 following c's

Could you do a watermaker video? Thanks for sharing.

I can see in the Port engine compartment that you've either had a salt water leak (maybe from a split raw water hose), or the engine hatch has been leaking, or something like that...... How can I tell? Lots of metal surface corrosion everywhere compared to the very clean looking Starboard engine compartment. You need to keep on top of that corrosion. I used T-9 liberally and also on the tender's outboard.
Good overview of the engine compartment systems on your boat! -
Hi Doug, really enjoyed the video, was a great overview of the space available and components within the engine room on the Outremer. Was also interesting to see how the steering system has been designed to give that direct feedback for when powered up under sail.

Excellent and detailed explanation of the engine, steering systems and ancillary gear - many thanks !

Brilliant detail thanks Doug, very interesting and useful in seeing Outremer quality in the hidden spaces ;)

Just one comment. I do not believe their are any glow plugs on a diesel engine. It is the high compression that ignites the fuel. Great video, thank you

Great videos Doug, love the mechanical stuff. The belt on the starboard engine, generator, looked like it is off one notch? at the generator pulley. 7:29 on the video.

Thank you for doing these in depth videos!

In this video I show you around the port and starboard engine rooms on Wildling, an Outremer 5X catamaran
