I would really consider Charge Enhanced Power Distributor instead of weapon focused. Cause the capacity isnt worth it, Better to have better recharge on your weapons

Engineers so far the Cutter Jump is at 24.70 LY (30.23LY) works for me.

wth are those shields??! how good would my shields be if i have 7d shield generator and 6x0a shield boosters and i had that best possible shield boost by engineer which i believe is 279% additional boost

You can always only mod the ship you are currently on and you have to collect the resources for it on the same ship, right?

"High Capacity Magazine" gives you more ammo, bigger clips but make your weapon heavier, take longer to reload a clip AND use more power.

I think the "Overcharged Weapon" should be used with care. It increases the DPS and distributor draw. Average there is no net effect on DPE probably. It's probably most useful on ships with a low number of mounts but a large power distributor like the Federal Assault Ship or the Vulture.

I think I'd apply the "Efficient Weapon" modification to stuff like Plasma Accelerators. Then I'd not fry the insides of my Python so much. PAs are opportunity weapons. I don't use them for DPS, so the mal effects on DPS don't concern me. But I don't want to hear "Taking Heat Damage" every time I fire them.
Also: The "Efficient Weapon" modification doesn't really affect the damage per shot, it makes the fire rate lower. And reduces the distributor draw, meaning you can fire it more often for the same amount of energy in the WEP Capacitor (better Damage per Energy 'DPE'). I think best modification for Opportunity weapons like the PA or Torpedo Pylons. -
During livestream, I think it was Sandro who said: "It is somewhat controlled random generation". I haven't unlocked these higher blueprints and haven't updated to Beta3 but I haven't saw anything even remotely close to controlled generation. And this will be important to make upgrades for ships therefore grinding to get materials will be mandatory and very very boring. I am very disappointed with their decisions to make things this way.
