Elite: Dangerous. First look at Imperial Cutter. Ships 1.5 Update

How do you get the shipyards menu to tell you the available hardpoints and internals? In my game it only tells me what it comes with equipped as stock, not the slots themselves.

I almost beat the imperial cutter in a 500,000 o no wait it was 130 thousand credit ship lol. it's fucking trash m8. at least in combat against a ship that actually turns.

I hope the required rank isn't too high - really want it - It does say on the federal corvette "very rare for a general citizen to own" ... And assuming that they are twins (they are almost the exact same price) then it's not looking great. I would say it would be getting towards max rank for both of them. Sad though :/
