Hello, i am looking for changing the screw around the window and i was wondering if you know a place where i can find the same shape, size, material for my edel 35 ? thank you very much.. Christopher..

With the fixed keels she will hardly exceed 17 knots - but more than 20 is possible in short bursts, but very hard on the rigg...my personal surf high was 23,79 on the logg...in about 30 knots just aft of the beam..

Ho ! Was it a good deal ? i just bought mine 55K a 1992... So nobody comes to your mind about sharing anything between owner ? I have checked all your video. Impressive.. The owner of the one i bought reached 20kt in 49kt wind. he thinks it is the max the boat can take..

The Edel is fast in a good breeze... I sold her this winter to another lucky Norwegian and bought a small 8 meter catamaran from Tregor Composites... check my other videos!

I love your video. Wish you made more. Just bought an Edel 35, and you are a bit responsible for that as you video did make the Edel attractive to me. Are you in touch with other owner, is there any forum or group of owner on the web to exchange ideas and share some experiences ? Thank you very much...

We were on our summer holiday trip to Copenhagen. Four people on the boat and lots of gear - no problem. Singlehanded you would need an autopilot. In light weather you should have an asymetric spinnaker! Very easy boat to sail. You would be an idiot to do something wrong/dangerous. Good luck!

@ak5609 its an Edel Cat 35 Sport from 1989 designed by Maurice Edel.... completly different from the Helios designed by Lelievre/ADN

Hello. What kind of boat it this? A Helios 42? Thank you Alex
1m 12sLength
Just north of Smøgen on the Swedish west coast. E-wind about 16-20 knots true. Boat speed between 12-15 knots steady. Wife steering. No reef.
I got a question for you Bernt - can you recall how much antifouling paint is needed to complete one coat on Edel 35?
