Even if Gore did have solar panels the "green footprint" in mining and manufacture of a solar panel + maintenance - energy generated(that fuel doesn't have to be burned to create) is a net negative.  Burning fuel is still a greener carbon footprint.

Big government ruins everything it touches or gets involved with; religion, environmentalism, nationalism, communism, equality, capitalism, law, police, military, health, economy, science, egalitarianism.

We want a small government that serves the people and not the other way around. A government that doesn't impedes people's progress and choices. A government that doesn't force decisions onto everyone or set up barriers to growth and prosperity.

Scott, I love the idea of taking away government funding and seeing where people vote with their dollars. I'd go so far as to apply it to everything government does. Let the government be funded with purely voluntary contributions and we'll see what the people really want. It's easy to want all sorts of stuff when other people are paying for it. We should even let businesses compete with the government for their services and let the best man win.

If Leo wasn't blessed with a pretty face, he'd be nothing.
