Nice setup. How are you living with Avid 7 rim brakes? I put those on my Trek 8000 e-bike and stopping was not really a priority! I had to rig discs to get a safe amount of stopping power.

Good video. Gives me good clues on some of the problems you have had. I am curious on how your tires stand up and what kind of range do you think you will get or have gotten out of them? And also since you have a lot of miles what seems to be wearing down first on your bike?

I might missed this, but, where did you get your battery bag?

thanks for the vids, most people just post after the motor is fresh and not really broken in yet, this is testimony towards reliability and serious use..
a tip for you is look into a product called (never wet)made by 3M this is an amazing product that you even spray on your shoes and also help from your bag spitting at the seams..
again thanks for the update.. :-)
