you probably got one of the best setup yet a nice full sheet of plywood for great room the steel rod for tension easy and quick wire removal off and on button at arms reach simple and nice

Great video, I was wondering what sort of material you're using for your templates? Would bristol board work or do you need to use thicker material like cardboard boxes?

Great video, thanks for the upload. My pelican gun case foam is pretty dense and about 3 inches thick, would this work?. Also i read about toxic fumes. Do you normally wear a mask?

I am demonstrating usage of a Hot-Wire Foam Cutter that I built for around $30. It uses 26 gauge Nichrome Wire as the heating element and a 12.6V 2A transformer with a dimming switch to control voltage output to fine tune the wire temperature.
